Photo posting? and yes I used search feature

I tried to post a picture but it tells me my MIME is not compatable and/or the photo size is too big...how do I change that?

MIME is a Multi-purpose Internet Mail Extension, not an image extension.

You need your images to be stored on the Web (ideally) as .jpg files and 640 pixels by 480 pixels.
