This is not intended to be a religious thread so please do not make it so. I'm only sharing information about a product about some of Scots history that some may find interesting. I've not heard any of the recordings so they may be filled with inaccuracies or the may be very interesting.

I'm almost done with "How the Scots Invented the Modern World" by Arthur Herman (ISBN 978-0609809990) which is a very interesting book. He talks about the Presbyterian influence in Northern Ireland and later the US.

Wait, so is it a recording of tunes or how Scotland spread Christianity?

I believe it is an audio presentation which includes some tunes but probably mostly dialogs about their research and visits to sights.
