Hello and . .  from "Karst Kountry" . . beautiful Central Kentucky, USA
The first Clan Association I joined was MacKay, before finding out my line is with MacNeil (our family hails from Argyll). We were given a "work" by this genealogist that, supposedly traced our family back to MacKay. But, after just a short time of reviewing it, I found many discrepancies (more like conflicting information and sources). Well, myself and a couple of family members began tracing our family line and, found our link to MacNeil. At any rate, I'm still a member of Clan MacKay Society, USA.
