This is the reason I installed Skype with a webcam in my shop. I can call a customer and they can actually watch me work on their Kilt.

You think you are excited??? There have been times I've had to turn the sound down because the customer is yelling with this real high pitched voice into the microphone. "Oh cool, you basted another pleat!!! Hold it up!!!!!! Hold it up so I can see it again!!!!!!!".
