Houston; Sean Connery's Birthday
I likely won't be there because my wife's band Feo Y Loco is playing that night,
But, Sir Sean Connery is turning another year older. The Kelvin Arms will help him celebrate in the Texas tradition with fun, beer and bagpipes!
The kilted kraziness begins at 7:30 pm on Saturday August 23rd at the Kelvin Arms Scottish Pub at 2424 Dunstan in the Rice Village.

I just saw in our newspaper, that he's publishing his book "Being the Scot" on his 78. Birthday (25th of August).

It doesn't seem to have gone down too well here in Edinburgh!

I'll be at the Kelvin Arms Saturday night! It will also feature a silent auction to raise money for the non-profit Houston Highland Games Association.

You must be mistaken, I'm sure Feo Y Loco means suave and debonaire in some other language ... www.feoyloco.com
