Kilts in a courthouse?

Having sat through a jury selection or two from the other side, I think that it may increase your odds of being dismissed, but I'd sure love to see someone do it.

The way I see it, the kilt is acceptable for everything from casual to white tie events. If it's good enough to go to a White House ball in, then it certainly be good enough for jury duty. I've done everything kilted for a couple years now, and no one (court or otherwise) has said anything. At least not in a professional setting.
