There was an article that came out a few years ago that compared the price of getting a bespoke suit made at a U.S. tailors vs. flying to Hong Kong and getting it done there. The prices were almost the same. This included airfare, hotel, food for 3 days, and the suit.

I'm not sure that it's still true considering the price of oil now, or the fact that you're just looking for a jacket and not an entire suit, but it's something to consider if you've ever wanted to go to Hong Kong (or better yet, Thailand-the quality is just as good, but it's much less expensive).

My tailor, Meyer & Mortimer, is in London just off Savile Row. M & M specialize in highland attire. My blue velvet evening doublet was made by the firm. They are NOT cheap! Let me repeat that: they are NOT cheap! But if you want the best, and are familiar with the tailors of Savile Row, and you have some $$$ at hand, Meyer and Mortimer really are the best at bespoke tailoring of highland dress. M & M make twice yearly visits to the US.

    Good luck.
