There was an article that came out a few years ago that compared the price of getting a bespoke suit made at a U.S. tailors vs. flying to Hong Kong and getting it done there. The prices were almost the same. This included airfare, hotel, food for 3 days, and the suit.
I'm not sure that it's still true considering the price of oil now, or the fact that you're just looking for a jacket and not an entire suit, but it's something to consider if you've ever wanted to go to Hong Kong (or better yet, Thailand-the quality is just as good, but it's much less expensive).
