I do wear the kilt everyday, I do not look on as a costume, nor do I usually wear it that way. However, as the Inverness Cape is the proper outerwear to partner with the kilt and I was lucky enough to have such a nice one made for me, I thought it would be fun to see how it looked in the vain of the greatest detective that never lived.

I plan on wearing my Inverness Cape my deerstalker and pipe on Halloween, I may wear a black suit under it all, not the kilt, though I've not worn a suit since March of last year when I made the switch to full time kilt wearer.
