Last game of the season
This weekend was the Kelso Highlander Festival. It was a perfect weekend! I have about 600 pictures to go through. I will post a few as soon as I can. Over the 2 days I set many a PR! (both 28# WFD, 56# WFD and the 16# Hammer)
23# Braemar 29'+
26# WFD 61'+
56# WFD 29'+
16# Hammer 83'+
56# WOB 11' (missed 12' by about an inch)
Caber I am not sure, just didn't turn it.
I actually moved up to the A division for this game. There was only 6 A throwers and two had to drop due to Saturday injury and judging. My coach asked if I wanted to move up. The other A's were really supportive. Not to mention the B's were happy to get rid of me! It was good to throw with the big boys. It makes your day when you set a PR and they tell you how good you looked! I will be training though the winter. Being competitive with the A class next year is my goal.

Amazing work there. My next competition is 10 days away. I took this last week completely off from lifting and throwing I feel refreshed I think I was overtrained.

Sometimes it helps to take a needed break! Where is your next game? I am contemplating driving to Boise, Id for the games on the 27th. Don't know, it would be a long drive to see a field registration get turned down. Who knows? Good luck at your games! I am going to try and post some video, as soon as I figure out how. I am a little slow

Yes that's exactly the one I'm doing. I live right in Boise.

I just sent an Email to see if I could still register for Boise. Maybe I will see you there. If not, good luck!
