Not to contradict the most learned Panache, but then again..........................

I feel just the opposite. I'll wear my glengarry to beer night with a rugby shirt or on a waik-about in town with my daughter but the balmoral needs a little something extra. Not a full formal look but a least a button down shirt, shoes with hose up, a nice sporran, you know.
