I know that I am in for some stick for this, but here goes.

As somebody 6'5" and 20 stone I have to say its not something that happens to me very often and when it does I have to say that a quick cutting remark normally does the job, in addition the only people I meet with on a regular basis who also wear a kilt are also bikers (don't know why but its becoming very common) and most bikers I know have sufficient intelligence to keep comments to themselves. However there are occasions when a swift physical response is justified and required, I know, I know, as adults we should be above such responses, and as an officer of the law I should not condone or advocate it however; it is i have to say very pleasant to punch on the nose some ***--le who richly deserves it !! (circumstances permitting of course)
