    Department of Highland Security

    Be on the lookout for a mid-20's male in a kilt with a black t-shirt with the logo of the Department of Highland Security in Cincinnati's West Side this weekend.

    The Department was spotted on the Beloit College campus this week adding extra security to the (shallow) Highlands in the area. No shots were fired.
