There "was" a Tilted Kilt in the Rio, but I believe its closed now according to previous posts.
There is also a Tilted Kilt in residential Las Vegas but was a nearly empty, quiet, dull, barely decorated place with a struggling neighborhood bar feel and certainly no mini-kilted waitresses a couple years ago.
Maybe a local has an update.
If you like fresh burgers (buffalo burger is best) try the burger joint in the shops at the Mirage. Succulent. Have it your way. Bring money. But worth it.

True. And I'm only taking what I can afford to lose... Quarter slots and cheap blackjack is what I have in mind. Thanks for all of the advice and tips everyone. I am so stoked for this trip!!!!!

Well, I survived my trip to Vegas. My head is still recovering, but the rest of me is almost whole again. You guys were right. Las Vegas is a VERY kilt friendly place!!!!! In fact, the only problem that I had was that my sporran strap broke... Oh well, no sporran but plenty of comments and questions... Pics will be up as soon as I can get my camera sent back to me from my friends in L.A. (yea, it was like that...)

Glad you had a good time, I've often thought for travelling one should carry an extra sporran strap just in case.

Well, my strap came apart at the joint where the lobster clip is attached. Since I didn't know anyone out there, I had to go without my sporran. The camera got mixed up with everyone's luggage. I did learn one lesson while I was out there...
Walking the old down town strip in a kilt will get you noticed!!!! At one point, I was pretty sure that I was more of an attraction then the casinos were... I actually had one of the showgirls come up to me and ask to have her picture taken with me... I did get "kilt checked" more times than I can remember... However, the giggling group of sorority girls following me was kinda nice.
At the hockey game, actually ran into 4 other guys in kilts. One of them had gotten married just before the game!!! So there I was, wearing my Black Royal Stewart tank without my sporran and a black L.A. Kings jersey and here were these 4 guys all in their PC jackets, bow ties and kilts... I felt kinda shabby next to them, but we all had a great time.
One note though... The balcony on the 31st floor can be VERY windy... Good note, though... Not that many people up that high to see the fly-up.
