    Well "need" is a relative term, but my chihuahua could use one for highland games.

    My older son has a dog, but she's so hairy that doesn't need kilt. I think it would be toren appart in a minute, or even faster.

    I really couldn't do something like this to the kilt. It deserves better treatment and respect.
