tartan identification help

Hey everybody,
I have a tartan i'm wondering if somebody can identify.
Here's the story...my dad is a member of the local Shrine club here on in town and he recently brought home a tie and asked me..."what tartan is this?"
The background he gave me was that over a decade ago, the Philae Temple in Halfax, NS sent over some kilts, ties, sporrans and drums in hopes that the Island club here would start their own band.
I've tried the tartan ferret and came up empty.

Looks like plaid.(Couldn't resist).

I've seen a tartan with those colors before, somewhere. I'll see what I can find.

It just looks like a fashion tartan based on Royal Stewart.

I did some digging--found out all sorts of stuff about the Philae Temple but no usable photos nor mention of their tartan. Good luck!
