You're definitely right. You can be the strongest person, but if you don't really know how to throw properly, you're only going to do so much (and it will most likely be injuring yourself).
We started WOB yesterday. Very interesting! I'm looking forward to seeing what I can work up to When we train, you have to pretend you're hiking your kilt up. I was wearing jeans that day and used my braid to pretend I was hiking it up. It really hasn't been a problem. When I threw the hammer, I had it wrapped around my neck and tucked down my shirt.
I'm sure I'll be able to ignore it for the most part and those few times I really need it up, I can probably put it up if I need to.
