When you go back to kilting, hang a small sign on your sporran that says "My face is up here!" with an arrow pointing up...!

A Student Union, sometimes known as a Campus Union, Campus Exchange (CX), Commons, etc. is a building on a college/university specifically devoted to students; you will usually find a food court, study/meeting rooms, offices of student organizations, etc.

Last winter during a really freezing night, I rolled up at the local 'Watering Hole' in corduroy trousers; I got it from all directions; "And just what the hell do you think you're wearing?" etc. etc.

The only thing I remember about my student union is countless hours playing hacky-sack. Ahh...the early '90s were so care free. I wish my GPA didn't reflect that so much.

Chances are, it's a bit of both. Chicks dig the crazy guys!

Probably number 1... and I have a good idea of why she wouldn't remember the face. But this is a family friendly forum.

I wear the kilt at least three days a week as I am a Drum Major for a pipes and drums corps, or am going to lessons [pipes] or am piping funerals. Have gone out in the evenings in kilt, once full in a Prince Charlie to a restaurant and got somewhat hostile distant questioning looks from males and not a few admiring looks and comments from the distaff side of the equation. The ladies really do like the kilt and a man in a kilt; that's no rumor shipmate. as for the guys, I could care less. Life must really stink for you if it's that important that you would think some a guy a fool for doing so against your preconceptions.
