    Great pics! It looks like a great little road trip. Nice bike, too. The Goldwing seems like it's as big as most British cars!

    Very nice Trefor. Good for you for finding the distillery. We loved Wigtown but due to the "confusing signage" we never did find Bladnoch.

    Confusing signage in the UK? Say it isn't so!

    Wandering around the hedgerow lanes in Cornwall, we swore they had never fixed the signs that were turned 'round to confuse the expected German invasion of 1940s. . . love it when you get to a crossroads, and none of the four posted towns are shown on your map!

    P.S. We have had best luck with the Michelin map books. AAA and others were worse than useless.

    Oh come on! Those Cornish signs were removed to confuse the GI's as well as the Germans!
