While not an accessory for everyday use (one would hope), that is very nice.
I have a couple of blank walls that claymores might look good on ...

When I was visiting in the North of England, there was a border house that had one (really old) in a glass case above the mantle, with the caption "In case of British, break glass"
Really looks great.

That's not a shrunken head, it's the scalp of the last guy who kilt checked him!!

I bought one just like it about two years ago, and I keep it on the wall in my study--except for the occassionaly foray into the Halloween crowd.
It's a nice bit of Scottishness to own, and I love just looking at it beside the basket hilt. It's kind of a guy thing, I guess.

Love it. Must note that the rest of the garb, kilt above knee, sock 3 fingers below, buckled & strapped shoes, everything spot on! Most impressive ensemble. Very well done.

Rob Roy Claymore
Just to be a little pedantic, the clamores used in Rob Roy were basket hilted claymores, considerably smaller, one handed swords, very similar to the Italian sciavona.

Nice claymore Glen. Will definitely look good on the wall.
