Isle of Mull

On the same visit to Scotland on which the photos of Glen Etive were taken, we also went to Mull. My MacLean forebearers left Mull for Quebec in 1829. They all lived in the Ross of Mull (the SW end of the island near Iona) in Creich. The land is quite barren in the Ross, but still very beautiful!

Sandford, lovely photo's, and a reminder that I should visit Mull again, I can see the mountains on Mull from my back door, will have to look up my old friend Ossian, he used to work at Duart, always wore a kilt, lovely bloke, now works on a fish farm, not kilted I guess.
