Confederate Memorial Tartan kilt jones
I just ordered a 16oz Confederate Memorial Tartan kilt from Frugal Corner. Now my wife tells me that it will be for Christmas and won't even let me open it till then!

I have not done anything with them, but Frugal Corner doesn't get too much love around here. I really like that tartan though, it would be great to wear on Dick Dowling day, so I might be tempted. Please post a review!

There is a Federal Memorial tartan -- talk to Matt or Barb -- Matt has made a kilt in it before.
The Mass. Commandery of the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War sells ties and other items in the Federal Memorial.

Hm. I have a piece of that lovely tartan in wool. Thanks for reminding me to put it on my list of projects.

I have read some posts here that were not flattering about Frugal corner. I called and they said they had the kilt in stock. It was supposed to ship out that day. We will see.
