    As Steve pointed out, "they ain't Roman sandals."
    A couple of overhand passes in front, a couple of twists in back, and tied off in front again; wrapped just above the medial and lateral malleolus. Simple and straightforward, it takes less time to do than explain, and they never fall down.

    McMurdo's site is good. I have been putting four twists into the front and back, but that could be adjusted easily. Also, I wear my laces to the front with leather tassels.

    I tie mine with four twists in the front and two in the back, and finish with it tied off in the front.
