Actually the parade starts at 11:00. I've found it on the crowded side for the parade. I'm usually there early AM and found a number of folks getting their favorite place. Click on the link in my first post and you can get the route.

I've heard the route has been shortened a bit this year. I've put the 2008 link in my previous message.
