The shirt makes his neck look giraffish! kinda like the guy from drew carry show and who's line is it anyway? lol
the leg wraps are bad too... the kilt looks really wrinkled... probably a cotton blend lightweight.
but as was said, at least he's working with what he's got.

You're seeing correctly, they're brown.  I first saw that pic at 1 am last night and didn't notice it.

Saw a fellow not too long ago in a fire-engine-red "urban camo" kilt with matching "do-rag". Makes my eyes hurt to just think about it!

Please make way for "KILT MAN", or something. Found this picture online today. Looks like a legitimate kilt, but dressed up silly for Halloween or maybe a sporting event. I have no clue.

I agree. I didn't actually say this is a Don't. He actually looks dressed just fine. I have no real complaints about his outfit. He might want to invest in a better belt/buckle, but that's about it. I think he's just being silly, which is definitely ok.
