Derek, it's good to hear the little airship landed safely again. Look forward to hearing about the adventures you have in store for it.

It should try and reach our most northern point of Scotland at some stage of it's travels. Dumfries is nearer to the borders. What about Ireland too?

If she doesn't make it to Scotland before she has to turn back to the states then the Saltire will head out again the Monday following our Nor Cal Burns Night Supper to return to the British Isles.

For she must visit his Lairdship in West Sussex and land at Ferintosh!

    Cheers

Derek, shoot me right down if this is unfeasable, but -
As I am a small percentage of Welsh blood me own self, I was just thinking today how cool it would be if the Saltire got photographed at the Owen Glendower statue in Corwen . .
But I know that chances are you're not in easy motoring distance there, so, just a pipe dream of the day . . you know, as Glendower's sort of the Cymric Braveheart.
Enjoy your stewardship, Friend! I envy you!

I hear ya Todd - Idaho's not on the way to anywhere either! No sour grapes though - so glad to see she's made a successful transatlantic crossing - and Derek's estate is the perfect place for her first mooring in the British Isles!

    Thanks for the photos Derek!
