A missed rank up.
Since it seems to have been missed on the rank-ups somewhere in the last few days, I would like to congratulate my beloved wife on her first rank-up!!!
Unaspenser, you are now a member of the Kilted regiment. Since I am your superior officer you have to do everything I say. Buahahahahahahah!!!
I promise not to abuse my power. Honestly.

(Somewhere in the Great Golden Hall of X Marks the Scot...)
"Herald Arlen what are you doing?"
"Err...um...just announcing Diane's rank up Panache!"
"With great power comes great responsibility"
"Yes Sir"
"We mustn't abuse it"
"Yes Sir"
"I think you should go and give Mr. Tibbles his bath now"
"Isn't that Herald Dove's job?"
"It is, but he hasn't fully healed up since Mr. Tibble's bath last month"
"oh"
"Off you go Arlen. Bye bye!"
(Arlen walks off down a hallway)
"Now Diane I have The KiltedMusicLover's orchestra playing a bit of Strauss in the dance hall. What say we Viennese waltz a bit to celebrate your recent promotion?"
(Panache bows and proffers his hand. Diane takes it and they spend the afternoon dancing. Nelson's orchestra plays divinely and Arlen's screams can scarcely be heard over the lovely waltzes.)
Cheers

He's an opposite command badger, right?
Do you think if I ordered him NOT to take a bath...??

Arlen,
Just bath the trained attack badger.
His soap and special towel are in the bottom right hand drawer of the vanity of the third best bathroom in the east wing.
There is a fully stocked first aid kit in there as well.
If it is any consolation, it will be Dee's turn next month while you heal.
Cheers
Jamie

Arlen,
I have found for any activity except baths, Mr. Tibbles can be pacified with a sufficient number of "Badger Treats" that Freelander has formulated. He just loves them.
I can't help you with the baths though. Mr. Tibbles hates baths.
Congratulations Diane,

Now about Mr. Tibbles' baths... Did I forget to tell you about the automatic remote badger washer I got from Freelander / Fingerhut, Ltd.? The last time I washed Mr. Tibbles I got away with only a stitch or two.
Didn't I tell you about that?
Dee,
This was the first time that Arlen had to bath Mr. Tibbles and it...well... it didn't go very well.
I will pass on the tip as soon as he is out of the intensive care ward.
Care to Foxtrot with Diane after Dave's Tango?
Cheers
Jamie
