Thanks for sharing.
BTW, I can not decide which is my "favorite" Picture "Road Kill" ( PETA, here/s at you) or the "cainines ( I am a "Sheltie lover" )

Personally, I liked the "lassies" in their short tartan skirts - but Mael didn't take any pictures of them.

Mael,
Some great shots - you certainly saw more of the Parade than I did. I didn't even notice Willard Scott when I passed the reviewing stand!

There's a very attractive young lady leading the Donnachaidhs in the frame just below Willard Scott---post #7.

Here are a few pictures I took:
Mael Coluim heading up the MacCallum/Malcom contingent (sorry about the lack of focus)

The numerous canine marchers were a hit with my wife and sons

There were quite a few pipe bands too

That is so impressive. You certainly live in a beautiful city, and it's great that it's so in touch with it's past.

No, the camera battery died before the end of the parade and we forgot to take pics of us. I was in my Hunting MacLeod with tartan hose and a navy fleece turtleneck. Other than my knees, I was plenty warm.

Couple more pics:
A pair of beautiful horses

A smart looking couple

This little one looked to be flagging a bit by this point, but was sporting a sharp looking kilt
