    No, just curious/ want to know what is correct.
    As a follow on I noticed that Nervous Jock in his response to the "regimental regulations" thread is wearing red flashes which I would guess is the current incarnation [and possibly historically correct for the Black Watch?].

    My apologies; I misunderstood you.You are referring to hose flashes, and not regimental formation signs, which are worn on the sleeves of shirts.
