I was glad to read a little futher into this thread that the horse hair sporran falling bellow the kilt line was acceptable. Some ealier threads seam to be aginst this. I have two horse hair sporrans, one falls above and one bellow. I've seen many historical pictures, both miltary and civillian, that show the sporran falling bellow the kilt line. Personally, I like the look either way.
