Thanks for all the warm welcomes thus far.
Sionnach, I don't think I'll be cutting up the lederhosen anytime soon - I'm also an avid homebrewer and my hand stitched Bundhosen (i.e leather knickers) come in handy from time to time for beer festivals.

OK! Don't trade your heritage for a kilt. BTW, have you seen the German-American tartan (I think USA Kilts offers it.)
