Well, tonight I am going to wear my kilt to a going away party for a woman at work. Most will drink themselves into oblivion before I will arrive. Can't wait to see what happens. Most have seen me in my kilt but were afraid to ask. Now that they know me a little better, I am sure that all hell will break loose tonight. We shall see. More to follow.

Very cool! What's the reaction to your kilt been in the Quad Cities? My sister lives near there in Morrison, Illinois.

My most recent set of comments are" do you do the dance too" so after 3 weeks of hearing this over and over, i am now looking for Scottish county dancing classes, but its harder than i thought to even find a teacher

Isn't it hard trying to live up to everyone's expectations?

Where 4 Scotsmen gather there'll usually be a fifth.

Add raised eyebrow for effect
I've had that. I just put it down to narrow mindedness. The English, mainly, are not big on men who chose to go out in public without trousers. Scotsmen they understand, it's a cultural thing apparently but Englishmen doing it too? They find that a little bit suspect.
Edit: I care not one jot. I am secure in my own masculinity.

Haha, I'll have to see if I have any pictures in it; it comes down to be usually allow 4-5 inches of kilt showing. It's my all purpose coat, I love it.
