    A few new pins...

Well, ever since seeing Riverkilt's EGA kilt pin, I've been on the lookout for one and scored this one on Ebay. Well, actually everything was from ebay... the rampant lion was around $3, the USMC cap badge was around $8.

Just wanted to share! Enjoy. Cellphone pics so... not the best quality.

What a cool array. Are you wearing them like that or just displaying them like that? Whatcha give for the EGA kiltpin? Think I paid like $20 from the Celtic folks in Palm Springs at a games...but was short a back pin.

That cap badge is gorgeous. I have the one with the unform EGA on a pewter strap and buckle, but it's really too heavy.

But that one is really nice.

Oh, yeah, congrats on the other pins, too. Great buys.

Speaking of which, I bought a 4" pewter quaich on ebay for $6.50, free shippiing. I fell like I stole it.

    Ron,

I just have them arranged as such on a Leatherneck tartan golf cap! The EGA kilt pin will have a home on my Leatherneck tartan kilt from Rocky when it arrives...

Speaking of which, I wonder... can the cap badge be worn as a kilt pin? I'm referring to the one I have now, pictured above, instead of cap badges in general.

For the EGA kilt pin, mine was around $18, which I was happy to pay. I felt it was a steal, even with a few bucks for shipping. I think on the Don McKee website they go for around... $24 or so. I'd still love to snag one of McKee's cap badges as well.

    Jim,

    Thank you!

I was surprised to find this cap badge with a $7.95 "buy it now" option. However, I think there are more like it on there; if you'd like, I'll check and PM you with any information.
