    They look grand will need to look into a pair. Any opinion on what would be better diced or tartan?

    Personally I like Tartan more however Diced is a smart look as well.

    I'm with Scotchmaster on this one. The diced look good, but they only look really good to me when in either very full dress (doublet, jewels, dirk etc) or in a pipers uniform.

    However, the tartan hose look good with all of the above as well as other less dressy outfits like an argyle. If you ever visit Kinloch-Anderson's site, you'll see many of the outfits matched with tartan hose.
