I gotta join the consensus. I'm content to take my 12 yards with the fringe, and I certainly don't need a further discount.

If I ordered a stock tartan in MM's poly-viscose from a domestic supplier, I'd pay maybe $30/yard and probably would not know which selvedge I was getting. If I ordered it from Scotweb, I'd pay at least $15, plus shipping, and might have to fight with FedEx about whether/what duty I owe.

And this is a special weave: it still seems like a bargain to me.
