Boy! I am glad it was last weekend and not this - we've six inches of snow! No trains, major roads closed, all schools closed, Heathrow airport closed - it would have been a nightmare drive, probably an impossible one, if we had tried to get home today!

Indeed Ham, the same thought had occurred to me. I think we may have faced an enforced extended stay at Ferintosh, having to survive on single malt whisky, Robertson's breakfasts, the best kilted company and first class accomodation.

Hmmm, perhaps that wouldn't have been so bad after all!
