Nervous Jock....
You dont know if the Gunners ever did a tartan? Not seen one - although I do recall seeing the SRU one some time ago....
I just bought myself a 'Scottish National' to wear to the Calcutta this year at Twickenham....
You going to any of the home games?

you mean Edinburgh Rugby!! No never got round to it not sure how much of a market there would be to be honest, for kilts at least. Maybe Scarfs and wee things.
Will be at all 5 again this year, last 6n game I missed was Ireland in 2000 so that will make 49 out last 50 home and away, ouch thats a power of money

I want one of the Scotland rugby jerseys, does anyone know any sources for decent ones?
I like the older style Famous Grouse ones but can't find them.

I have purchased a few from www.worldrugbyshop.com and have always been impressed.
For a really good deal, keep an eye on ebay. Don't be fooled by the cheap knock off crap go for the real CCC (Canterbury of New Zealand) gear.
What size do you need? I have a few ebay stores I check regularly anyway.
These ones look like the real deal:

http://cgi.ebay.ca/GLASCOW-WARRIORS-...3A1|240%3A1318 (I know, not a Scotland national one, and with a tear, but what a price!)

Yeah the SRU does have a tartan - my girlfriends brother has a kilt in it.
I recently discovered the British Lions have a tartan: http://www.lochcarron.com/reiver/british_lions.html
I really like this, though I dislike the coat of arms woven into it

Thanks. I've looked at World Rugby Shop so it's good to hear from someone that has used them before.
I'll check the other stores too.

*Sighs* For 2 months before I left Glasgow I searched and searched for a Warriors shirt in my size that was a reasonable price.
Not that I am in America and have no money to spare one comes up!
Sod's law.
If it's relisted I'll get it.

Edinburgh Rugby, Lions and a'that
Yes I meant ER... (but I still call a Snickers a Marathon so there you have it!).... 49/50 games!!! (or is that now 50/51?) lol..... thats some track record! I hope the trip to Paris is worth it! Now that Franks put the on-form Evans's on the starting line up and Strockosh - we have some quality changes - still Paterson on the bench.... (I'm guessing its a 'fresh blood' thing but we need to win games and Paterson has some sweet moves on Sunday)
Lions tartan - hmmm - I'm not sold on the crest in each sett! But hey ho - each to their own. Maybe we'll see some of cheaper PV ones because of the Lions tour later this year? Might be dependant on the number of Scots in the Team - and after Sunday - well that wont be many... mores the pity!
Vive l'Ecosse!
