Type of fabric?
Just wondering if this would work on any type of fabric, i.e. polyviscose.

Sure - why not? Just don't melt your fabric with an iron that's too hot......

Cool. I have always wondered how to get my pleats ironed nice and strait. I now have a little project for this weekend.

Did it!
I just did this to my kilt tonight. I barely got done ironing it about 5 minutes ago. My kilt looks so much better! The pleats are right in line. The basting made the ironing so much easier. Thanks for the tip!
