I found the Ebay shop really easily. It seems like you've decided what you're going to do, but for what it's worth you can contact Ebay and show them your site and details and they will close down the shop.
I had a friend who had to do that and it was very simple and quick.

snip ....I do find it odd that the seller had a perfect rating, seems, well, odd.

One can check the transactions of those who responded. out of the 81 feedback items only 2 of the kilts in question were sold and 2 of the "other style". You can then check what that individual is bidding on and get another demographic of the consumer.
Given there aren't many overall sales of the product it may in the end be dropped from the virtual store.

In our Scarborough the "Scarborough warning" is to accidently spill their latte, appologize profusily and offer to replace it with a cappocino. McMurdo is from Scarborough.

Unfortunatly I hardly think that this would get them kicked off of ebay.

You will be in for a strongly worded rebutal if you spill that cappocino as well. I miss the pub crawls in the Beaches area.
