A "frugal mans way" is to reach into the breast pocket and invert the satin lining of the breast pocket. Odds are it will be a complimenting color and forms a nice little peak. Granted, this may only work on the "quality" of suit I purchase but if you only wear it for the aesthetics it will do in a pinch
But it does make it a tad difficult to proffer to a lady to wipe away a tear.
