    1. The right leg flashes are on the inside of the leg. Three of the four pipers appear not to be wearing sporrans – unless they are shifted to the hidden side.

    2. A turtleneck shirt with short-sleeves is a Kilt Don’t. As is the kilt worn below the knees. And white puffy footwear.

    What?

    Oh.

    Never mind.

What's wrong with white, puffy footware...?

Oh, you mean with a kilt.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…

I missed my chance to get that shirt, but I'm still happy that one of my son's favorite cartoons is 'Chowder' who's main character is kilted.

A bit more rare, but yeah. Mung Daal's are not as well drawn though. And there is Duff Killigan (sp?) in Kim Possible, and "The Scotsman" from Samurai Jack

Or for the really obscure cartoon, check my avitar. It's the odd character Milo from the animated cartoon "The Oblongs". In episode "Bucketheads", Milo becomes popular and decides to design clothes. As the designer he dons a kilt, sword, fan and begins to call himself Mee-lo.

I missed that episode, I almost bought the entire series on DVD the other day. Dang it.
