Legend of Bagger Vance opening scenes
I am watching "The Legend of Bagger Vance" on one of the HBO channels and for the first time caught the thing from the very start. A few minutes into the movie, Ms. Adele Invegordon is seen kilted and glengarried in the sunset spreading her recently departed father's ashes over the waters off Crew Island golf course (Invegordon's Folly) while a kilted and glengarried piper plays in the foreground. At the end of the scene she faints on the sand. First time I remember seeing that scene in all the times I have watched this movie.
Then of course there are all the golf scenes with the old man in tweed jacket, kilt, and diced Balmoral acting as the "official" for the golf match.
