Gods... I'm not sure if I should start to panic or not... My employers laid off half the staff that were still there... The factory departments are down to one salaried and two hourly employees as of yesterday. My department got sent home at noon on Thursday, and a friend of mine in another department finished her shift, but was told at the end of the day that she was one of the two redshirts still employed in her department. She told me all about earlier today. I think my company is starting to go under. It's really starting to scare me.

Guys, hope things are going better for you.
I'd definitely be up for free things, so the Tartan Day festival sounds cool.
On another topic, how many of you guys will be in Denver for the parade? I should be down there somewhere during the day, but the evening is set aside for a coed Bridal Shower with the soon-to-be missus, so I'm booked that night. Any chance of getting the rabble together?

I usually watch the parade at 18th and Blake in front of the Celtic Tavern. Have a few friends show up too. Start to gather around 9:30AM

Well, given the fact that I'm in the parade with the Renaissance Scots, I too will be there!

Sweet! I'll salute. I think I'll have my sword on me this time.

Glen,
My fiancee and I might try to meet up with you
Nighthawk,
We too will be waving. Got to be in it last year for my fiancee's (then) work - they wanted a guy in a kilt since they're a hispanic radio station and noone had any idea how to wear one. It was actually pretty exhausting, but once in a lifetime thing (at least for me).
