Kilt mentioned in Luann comic strip
You don't see one, but there's a mention of it at least

I would definitely scare the natives if I went shirtless with a nose ring. (the only way I could have a mohawk is to glue it on.)

I had a mohawk for one day...and it wasn't by choice.

I could do the mohawk... but the nose ring? I have neither peircings, nor tattoos.

I have enough hair, but I've heard they use glue to hold mohawks in place. There's no way that's going in my hair! Plus, if I shaved the sides I'd be left with an undercut. Besides, I think my long hair looks rockerish enough already, without doing strange and abusive things to it. A bit grey, though!
And that's just the hair! I think the nose ring would drive me crazy, not to mention the pain of having the piercing, and, yes, my exposed hairy beergut would scare everyone off.
Not a good look for me, except for the kilt. It's interesting that the dialogue implies that the bald dad in the middle is already a kilt owner, if you read it carefully.

That was kinda funny. I wonder if they're going to play Bagpipe Hero next.

I noticed that, too, and wondered if maybe he's worn one before in the comic.

I noticed the Luann kilt reference too. What was interesting is that Brad said to his dad, -maybe you should wear "your" kilt as opposed to saying "a" kilt. So maybe Mr. D has a kilt. Only time will tell.
