Yes, I'm sorry to say. Maybe next year he'll catch on. I don't think he understood the full significance of the event. Maybe the Caledonian Society will clue him in before they invite him again!
However, as a resident of Peoria, Arizona, the mayor of Phoenix is not my mayor. I live in the suburbs.
