A well made kilt, for me the buckles seem a bit small and still, other than that it’s a great kilt for the price.

Oh, heck yeah! That is a look I really like. I don't have the same sweater, but I have a similar sweater that I wear a long with a khaki glengarry much like yours.

That is a very sharp outfit. See below and try to discover why I think so.

I know I don't look at sharp as you, but it's a similar look on a much warmer day about two years ago.

I would NOT want to wear my WPG kilt on a warm Kansas day, and I bet I will only have a few more weeks that I can enjoy her warmth.
