Another testament to the service at SWK!
I recently ordered a standard kilt belt and some sporran hangers from the fine folks at Stillwater kilts. Well, Jerry emailed me and said that the last standard belt they had in my size was damaged. Guess what? He gave me a free upgrade to the embossed belt! I knew they were awesome folks, having bought a couple of kilts from them in the past, but it really makes you feel good to know there are retailers out there who really go the extra mile for their customers.
By the way, I think I'm going to have to order a couple more kilts from them when I get paid this week. I've had my eye on the MacDonald and the Black Stewart.

I agree with you 110% on that. I had a problem with one of the cargo sporans, I sent an email on Thursday, Jerry had a replacement in the mail to me the next day and when I got it, there was a note saying how sorry they were that the sporan wasn't right, with a prepaid priority mail label to send the defective one back. You sure can't fault them on their customer service.

I ordered a stillwater kilt and it arrived last week with a small material defect. I called them and talk to Jerry. I said he would check for a replacement and would refund my money if they didn't have my size. I told him out right that I didn't want a refund. He of course had the corrent size and it arrived 2 working days later with a prepaid shipping envelope for the previous kilt. This level of customer service is crazy!! These guys are insane!!
Now which kilt do I order from them next.

Decisions Decisions
I have been looking at the Stewart Black too,also the MacBeth. But, I will have to wait a wee while, if I buy another kilt this month my wife will shave ma heid when am sleepin. lol

sent Jr's back
Bought the litte lad a marine corps tartan for a 6 yr old. We measured incorrectly (I'll blame it on the 6 yr old). He proudly yanked it out of the box to discover it looked like a mini skirt. Called Jerry ordered a new one delivered in 3 days sent the smaller one back and money was refuned in 2 days. Gott love service like that.

Jerry has learned something.....great customer service "gets around" and people come back for more. DARN how that works out!!! LOL
