Yes, I am afraid I will be absent from the forum until sometime next week.

Now it can be told ......... I am off to France with Derek and the lovely Elaine from Wales. Elaine is linking up with her Breton group/band led by Dan ar Braz for a concert in Lorient in Brittany on Saturday and asked me to go along. It was with this band that Elaine sang in the 1996 Eurovision Song Contest.

So, we are off to Brittany for a few days followed by a day in Paris on the way home and, when you see the video linked below, you will understand why I jumped at the chance of travelling in her shadow!
