They are Ray Park's Highland Brigade, as I recall. Ray Parks played Darth Maul, and has some sort of Highland connection. I remember reading that in this forum somewhere. I made some remark about Klingons being tougher than Storm Troopers and got the guys in the thread all riled up...

there was a contingent of the 501st Imperial Highlanders and Rebel Alliance in the Denver St Patricks parade. 2 or 3 on each side in kilts out of a total contingent of ~30 including an X Wing fighter sponsered by the local Air and Space Museum.
