Weather with a firearm or a bow, time spent on a range practicing, is what I call group therapy! Nothing like a a nice tight group!

I haven't touched my bow in years now.. Been thinking of getting it out and having it gone over.. Maybe fling a few..

I haven't been gun shooting much either, just too darn expensive..

Has any of you gotten a "Robinhood"?

Expense is right! I can't imagine how expensive 5 hours of shooting my .308 would be.

I'm not good enough to do it consistently yet, but from time to time i'll nail my previously shot arrows. Though the "theatrical" version of the robin hood isn't possible, i think just getting one arrow lodged firmly into the backside of another counts just as much.

No one's said anything of the sort, and a couple other people have mentioned their use of compound bows, so it seems unnecessary to tell them not to get on you for using one as well.

    Here's mine BTW.

Martin, 75lb draw. I prefer to shoot the recurve though, as it's more challenging. Still though, sometimes when you really want to shoot a tight group, or place some bets, this one always delivers.

    Welcome home

I also lost my passion for modern firearms and hunting was never quite the same after a tour in Vietnam. My love of history got me into muzzle loading and they are still the only guns that I shoot, so you might want to give that a try.

Thats a good looking bow you got stick and string is the only way to go.I shoot a 60 lb jerry hill long bow

I have one, that is quite enough thank you, the first one is way cool the second and beyond are just expensive, carbon arrows are about $10.00 each for quality ones.
