Don't quite understand. The last time Scotland played Holland, in Holland, was on the 19th November 2003. So are you saying that everybody wearing a kilt in Holland last year looked like a hooligan or are you saying that everybody wearing a kilt looks like a hooligan or are you saying that when you put on a kilt you look like a hooligan? Have you considered always wearing trousers, so as to always look like an upright citizen and not be mistaken for a felon?

When Scotland played there the last time the Mayor was on the news saying if you do not have a ticket for the game come anyway' which says alot about the tartan army! The Tartan army do not cause trouble get very drunk yes but these fans travel all over the world to see a team which on the most get beat They just have a good time and it is there way off showing there passion for there country
